Returns Policy

You may return any items (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned to us in the original condition with all swing tags etc.

Our warehouse staff will check the items, if we feel any of items returned are not in a re-sale-able condition you will not be granted a refund and you will be contacted will inspect returns. BLAZED LTD will not be responsible for refunding any original postage costs nor any postage costs incurred when returning items unless you are sending us a faulty item back.

If we have issued you a refund please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.When sending items back we recommend you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery)
